Youth Cup 2021

December 2 2021

Bundaberg Ready to Host

The best under 16 Regional Queensland cricketers will be in Bundaberg from December 12th to 17th to fight for the Bulls Masters Youth Cup. The event will be held at the Salter Oval complex and will consist of a mixture of T20 and 50 over games. For the first time ever, the final will be a T20 fixture this year due to teams needing to catch flights earlier.

Darling Downs Suns are the defending champions after going through the 2020 carnival undefeated. It was their third Youth Cup title in the five years the event has been running. The only other sides to taste victory are the Mackay/Whitsundays Nitros (2018) and the South East Queensland Stormers (2019).

The Bulls Masters provide playing kits, transport and accomodation for each team to get to Bundaberg. Each team also gets a Queensland Cricket legend to mentor them.
