Australia Day Honours For Dale Rethamel

January 27 2022

Bulls Masters Club 95 Member Dale Rethamel is the 2022 Bundaberg Citizen of the Year

Dale Rethamel joined the Bulls Masters Club 95 membership group in 2019 after the Bulls Masters had started coming to the Bundaberg Region to help the local cricket association raise money for lighting upgrades. It’s no surprise that Dale wanted to support an initiative that was helping to improve the local community.

“Dale and his wife Nathalie do so much to support not just cricket, but all sport in Bundaberg, and we are delighted that he’s been recognised by the Bundaberg Regional Council”, Bulls Masters Managing Director, Jimmy Maher said.

Dale came from humble beginnings but has managed to work hard to develop his family business “Takalvans”, a thriving Caravan, RV and trailer shop.

Dale’s business, Takalvans became a member of another Bulls Masters initiative, “The Border Group”, which is a group of Australian businesses that invest in the Bulls Masters to help them run cricket initiatives throughout Regional Queensland.
