THOMMO & MOORE HOLD COURT
Those who were lucky enough to be at the Souths Leagues Club on March 22 for the Steak and Shiraz Lunch held by the Bulls Masters and Men of League were treated to some top class entertainment from some of Queensland's most talented and colourful sporting legends.
Former Queensland and Australian speed demon, Jeff Thomson thrilled the audience with memories of terorising the world's finest batsmen with his express pace. Billy spoke candidly about some of Queensland State of Origin's most famous moments, including the 1995 all in brawl at Melbourne and their famous three nil series win that year.
Brisbane Heat and Australian Southern Stars bowler, Holly Ferling and Australian Jillaroos speedster Karina Brown also spoke to the audience about the state of the womens game and what we can look forward to in those ever expanding sports.
As always, the event was a fantastic fundraiser for the Bulls Masters, who help promote and foster cricket in regional Queensland, and the Men of League who provide support for those that need help inthe rugbly league community.
